The Life Behind the Music of Crown One Entrepreneur, Gospel Rapper, and Producer Crown One, was born Steven Stapleton II on June 25th, 1991 in Detroit, Michigan. When Steven was three years old his family relocated to Akron, Ohio where he currently resides. When Steven had reached the age of seven he acquired an interest with musical creativity. From then on he began writing his own music eventually recording his first album "Crown One" at 15 years old. Over the next three years of his life he established K.P. Music Records. Expanding our repertoire with businesses and various artists through music. Now at the age of 20, he heads the "Misfit Movement" established November 2010. Encouraging young men and women to be set apart and proud of the Lord they serve, while beckoning their friends to follow suit. His latest album is now available on iTunes "I Am A Misfit".
